Description

This bean comes from the region of Pacayal in the southern state of Chiapas. This farm has an elevation of 4265 ft (1300 msnm) and 5577 ft (1700 mnsm). It borders with Guatemala. Slight tones of berries and chocolate dominate this cup. When placing your order please allow 3 – 5 days for roasting, resting and shipping your beans.
