Description

Produced in the region of Pecayal in the southern state of Chiapas; a rare variety; Márago produces a cup with an excellent flavor profile that is as complex as it is smooth. Surprisingly heavy body for a drink with a pronounced  bitterness and chocolate flavor. Grown in an altitude of 5577ft. (1700msnm). When placing your order please allow 3 – 5 days for roasting, resting and shipping your beans.
